Lots of property updates came out today. Appears to be a hard life being a BTL owner in Durham... glad that it is PM doing the chasing and not me. I used to be envious of these fat cat landlords raking in all of this rent. If PM has taught me anything, it is to stay well away from managing BTL properties. It seems like much more effort than it's worth.

It seems like much more effort than it's worth. That might just be a reflection on the types of tenant you get from the locations and types of property that PM target for the platform. Who knows? PP don't seem to have problems meeting the projected dividend but they have lower projections and seem to avoid the sort of property that housing benefit claimants rent. On the bright side for PM there has been a tenancy application for SPV47, hopefully this will end its 12 month streak of being empty.
