I might put something into this if I received any payment from SPV1 and SPV2 which are both well overdue for repayment, otherwise not.

I assume you recognise the property as one that was built using P2P funds on another platform. Think its doing the rounds at the moment as Ive seen on another platform with a better yield. Unfortunately, one that I cant current use due to ID issues.

Which other platform please? pbl59/72 on SS, listed on shareproperty.co.uk with 5.4 net yield. (on reflection this may equate to the just over 5% stated by PM) Interesting another familiar Liverpool property is also coming soon.

I like the fact that with cashback there is basically no fee on this property moose property. 2% cash back above 5k and fee reduced to 1.5%. I wonder if they would consider increasing the cashback for larger investments.

Looks like SPV2 is still paying rent/dividend, but SPV1 isn't. There's something about SPV1 paying back an interest free loan to PM in the accounts section eating up any rent/dividend. Not sure what that's about as I'm not in it.

This looks good to me but I'm confused as to why the flats are so cheap. Is this area a total dive and if so is it actually possible to gentrify it. Anyway, I think I'm going for this one. Looks a lot better than the rest of the I own through PM!

Anyone know if PM is paying 3% during funding on this one? Don't know but has anyone actually received any 3% early funding interest/cashback during the last 6 months? I was going to say no, not since July, but on double checking I have three cashback entries for PBL63 dated yesterday now, a grand total of 0p. Something appears to be wrong as should be 30/11-8/12 which is c3p. Its on my list of things to chase as I havent had PBL52 cashback yet. I know cashback is only paid quarterly but i should have had some by now on several loans Steerpike still in the support pages as being paid from investment until purchase

They should really get the 3% cashback issue fixed asap - and paid out sooner too -if they want to encourage early bidding, especially when they hope to see a few 5k investments going in to deals like this.
