I prodded them about this a few days ago as it's been a while since it was last paid.... it'll happen (tho quite a few properties won't pay any as they filled so quickly) they just need to get caught up (it's manual)

A load of cashbacks just been paid into my a/c this morning, first ones I've had (against a load of properties SPV 54 - 72). Nice little bonus I wasn't expecting..!

ah, a little extra incentive to invest! Nice to see the CEO is putting in a tenner too! (or a few).
But will this fill, do you think?

Less than 16% filled so far, cash back is paid following completion which is looking quite a way off at the moment, 141 investors at an average of just over £600 each.

As a solid property investment, this is one of the better offerings for a while with the guaranteed 30 month rent but, in terms of potential returns, am I the only one who thinks it's on the low side? (I have put in a small amount though).

Yes, a solid 5% investment (must be a profit in it for the guarantors). As for capital growth, it is probably (potentially) better than the usual mid-terrace somewhere in County Durham or elsewhere, where resale values remain speculative and unknown.
I realise this might be self-fulfilling prophecy if too many people think this way, but I'm still reluctant to commit as I just can't see how this will fill, unless the PM wider e-mail lists (whatever that means) brings in the cash.

I wouldn't write it off just yet - only 248 investors so far, the Derby deal had 498, and I'm sure PM has grown since then.

I would be suprised if it does not get funded, when you compare it some of the offerings on here and other similar sites its pretty good.

The money is still trickling in to this one, with emphasis on the trickling part. Is there a deadline for funding? Anyone know if a property on PM has failed to fill before and what happened if it did? I Want this to fill up quickly so my investment isn't in limbo.
