The wrong document was linked on the email. You can find the correct document on the website. I believe a subsequent email was sent with the correct document.

I don't understand: are they asking us for more money?
I think if they can't get the listing done within 6 months, they should just unwind the assets and give shareholders their money back, especially since the property market is quite good right now.
They don't even ask us for a vote but simply continue to waste time/making more excuses.

Like everyone else, I'm clueless to whats going. They've given me shares in a company, that isn't on the stock exchange, and I doubt it ever will be. They've still got my cash, but given me no dividends. They never reply to emails. So I can't access my money, I can't sell the shares.
Back to sitting in limbo again, whilst they pocket the rent on properties we bought.

Portfolio appears to be stable and generating income. The listing is taking way too long and still no dividends. Will give them a call next week to discuss, companies should be run in the interests of shareholders, not directors or employees.

They advised they are working as fast as they can in progressing the listing and that they are making good progress. I have no reason to doubt their sincerity but it would be nice if they could provide, and stick to, a timeline.

Nope! It seems with each passing month the information provided get less and less. The fact that this saga has dragged on for so long without any real sign of progress is also worrying.

I had also noticed that I've not received anything recently, which is a little unusual. Although the content of their monthly updates has shrunk a little over time, they're usually quite reliable when it comes to sending it out. Sometimes it arrives a few days into the next month, but this is the first time I've got to the middle of the month without having received the previous months' update.

I emailed them yesterday to ask about missing January and February updates, "just to make sure I hadn't lost the emails". This morning a combined January and February update was sent to me! Assuming others have received this too?
