Good news on this one - I see the sale voting was successful for the second time on this Buy to sell property, this time £9k over the estimated sale price to cash buyer, shame I could only get a small chunk.

I asked that question and they said they hoped to have it sorted by the end of the month, so I hope you're not in a rush.

Never a good idea to be in a rush with PM! I'm not in a rush on this one - only have a small amount invested, but more of it is in the loan than the BTS.

Boom! The proceeds of the SPV77 sale have been paid out; 10% return 8 months after the initial investment in the equity. I'm happy.

I lost on the equity side (about 1.5%) - over eager SM purchase in the bubble before folk stopped believing the PM figures.
Had more in the loan, so small profit overall.

Hopefully this valuation shake up will produce more realistic forecasts

Sounds like investors will be receiving the proceeds from the sale of SPV 84 this week. So far I think it's reasonable to say the non County Durham buy to sells are successful, though on an admittedly small sample size. The jury is still out on the two in County Durham; one's taken forever to renovate and the other didn't appear to get a sniff of interest from a buyer. It was a while ago we voted on whether to auction the latter or turn it into BTL and unless I've missed it us investors haven't heard anything?
