For me theses are the first properties that have reached the end of term (August 2017), according to PM knowledge centre we will be given 3 options to vote on for the future of these properties. Does anyone have previous experience of this, at what point in the month does PM contact their investors about the vote, has there been a trend in vote results - do most investors vote to keep their investments or sell - does the whole plan work as it should?

Paul That's what supposed to happen, but SPV 23 & 25 are now 3 months past end of term not a word from PM. There has been no rent collected for about 18 months at SPV 25 and building work is needed to make it rentable. In all the properties that I have been in the exit option has been so poor that most people have voted to stay in, which means that anyone who wants out has to accept whatever PM deigns to offer them.
