Anybody invested/looking at this or done any DD ?
What interests me is the potential upside if planning approval is achieved to convert to studio apartments.
To be honest my concern even if planning permission is achieved, is the ability of PM to deliver and follow through on the build out and delivery.
(The property doesn't seem to be in great condition and I don't think they have allocated enough for a renovation- but that is probably because of the assumption that the conversion will happen.)
