Anyone know why the Thincats site is not working? I had no notification of maintenance and after a huge timeout a maintenance sign now comes up?
Why is this company which supposedly has an IT company as part of it, not been able to sort out their coding issues, despite all the time involved? Very frustrating...or is it cause for a bigger concern regarding data security?

They are aware of the issue see ThinCats.Net but have not cured it.

Still not working for me.
Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago (i.e. I could not log in), I reported it, and the reply was that they were not aware of any problem.

They are aware of the issue see ThinCats.Net but have not cured it. Funny. I have just had a response from TC which suggests (albeit a few days later) that they are not aware of the issue: We are unable to replicate your issue, and have had no other reports of lenders being unable to login.I really do hope that I am not being lied to, since I see that several other users report the same problem, today, at the other forum.

I could view transactions both as a drop down from Dashboard and via Nominal Ledger

Site not working full for me atm. I am unable to view transactions. AOK for me this morning. (You would probably get a quicker response if you posted on the TC private forum, not many TC lenders come to this sub-board very often.)
