Interesting comment on loan 3181. It is due to make a payment on 7th, but the borrower has asked to skip that payment on the grounds that they are going to pay it off sometime around the 10th. Oddly though, despite this, they haven't downgraded it. I've sold my teeny lump at par (just in case by "pay it off" the borrower means "do a runner"), but if I was feeling heartless I'm sure I could have sold it at a markup guaranteeing the purchaser a loss.
