Yup. Very happy with this so far. I'll wait for the sale to go through before celebrating though, but it's a good sign for the strength of the flipping opportunities (based on a sample size of one...).

What are the figures provided? I missed out on this one. Will have to double check for you but I think estimated sale price was about £138.5k & they achieved (pending) £140k

According to the listing the property does have a market valuation of £146k though. Not sure how valuations vs actual price achieved for that area measure up but, still a decent profit in such a short time (if all goes through & with projected figures advised).

Hopefully - we should not have been expecting to get the asking price anyway - that's why they set the 95% target price
