I'd love to sign up, but I'm apparently falling at the first hurdle. I click 'Sign up with email', enter my email and generate a password, press Confirm, and I'm bounced right back to the homepage again. Nothing emailed to me, no further instructions? Tried in Safari and Firefox with the same results. caesium, good to know that you've managed to register, but I apologise the process wasn't flawless. I will ask our tech guys to investigate today. I have just signed up and found it painless. Everything was verified electronically. Now to decide whether to invest. Great to hear that, david42. Do let me know if there's anything I can do to help. Just taken the plunge for 70....don't let me down charles ! As a note, although I registered smoothly, on logging in it sometimes says that my email is in use my another client, making me go back a step or two, before being able to log in again. I did not have to upload any ID so I presume that they must have validated my details electronically. They need to sort the registration issue " uber pronto" as the deal changes after Wednesday to a slightly higher buy-in price. Just for info - you have to buy a minimum of 60 bonds and it goes up in increments of 10 bonds. Hi @leopardcat, Great to hear that! You're in good company -- I'm invested in the current deal with 280 myself, because I believe in eating my own cooking. I too have decided to stick my toe in the water with PC, in the hope of good things to come. Registration process (as a UK individual) proved about as simple as I've encountered. Loan documentation looks pretty good, although the Bond Instrument download was "fully redacted", presumably kept confidential until an investor has bought in?
Anyone able to comment on how quickly their bank transfers in were reconciled and their investment confirmed?

Regards, Charles To give your tech guys somewhere to start on this, it looks like my adblocker (uBlock 0.9.5.2 on Safari, in this case) stops some Javascript from working with the register/login buttons. When it's on, the login button doesn't work and just bounces me back to the homepage. When it's off, it seems to work fine.

I had the same issue and had to disable uBlock for this site, it appears to be connected with googleadservices.

Anyone able to comment on how quickly their bank transfers in were reconciled and their investment confirmed? I did a transfer yesterday and went through the purchase process. Nothing is showing on the dashboard yet, but I have not been contacted asking me to put in money either. My bank (santander) does not allow enough characters in the payee name to put in the full details so that may have slowed my payment being picked up at the other end. I received an automated email requesting the cash transfer as soon as I made the purchase, which was titled " custodian client account details to finalise your investment"

Similar experience here, they clearly have a few bugs to work out and need more resources on the phones.

Hi @leopardcat , I believe someone from our team has been in touch. It does take some time after the funds are received for it to be reflected on your dashboard - if you recall, funds are held in a segregated account with the independent custodian, so it's not as straightforward. But I assure you they have been received and it will be updated by today. Regards, Charles

Reassurances aside, has anyone actually had an update on their dashboard showing cash, bonds, or shares with values other than zero?

When I spoke to them today they said the dashboard would update at midnight.
They also said it can take up to 24hrs (excluding weekends) for the custodian to confirm receipt of funds. I'll know for definite if all that is correct tomorrow morning.

I've just logged in and my allocation is now showing on the dashboard. It wasn't there when I last posted so must have just happened. To give you an idea of timings I transferred in late on Friday.
