So, has anyone else this problem. Last month (September) I had rent come in for 10+ SPV:s during 13th and 16th of september. Checked my statment today and I have so far in October had zero rent paid, no rent for any SPV.
I have contacted support and they will look into it. Anyone else have this problem?

My Dashboard says "Your next rent payment is due in 2 days"... Looking at the prior transactions, the last four months payments have varied between the 29th and 1st. Last time I got any rent earlier than that was Feb & March. So, no. (Well, yes, but expectedly so.)

Rent is paid on the last day of the month, one month in arrears. Could be that if the last day falls on a weekend it may be on the Friday or the Monday. I would expect the next payment on Monday.

Most of my rent's been paid this morning - but it's still showing as "Due in one day"...
The one property that's not paid rent yet (the most recent) has no comment shown on the individual page - all the others are commented as normal.

I also have been paid rent for some of my early investments. I expect the rest to appear tomorrow. Often it appears in several chunks.

Is there any way of accessing a 'statement' like facility on PM for a given period of time to see how much rent was accumulated over a specific period?

Is there any way of accessing a 'statement' like facility on PM for a given period of time to see how much rent was accumulated over a specific period? Best you can get is a pdf, here: propertymoose.co.uk/app/accounts. Maybe then you can use a pdf to excel converter to make it easier if you have a lot of transactions.
