I have been making a note of the funding progress of Property Moose SPVs over the last couple of months:
The y-axis is the funding %, and the x-axis is the number of hours from first seen on the PM website. So just taking as an example the yellow marked SPV 58, it took 4 hours to fund with about 60% funded in the 3rd hour. I have put more detailed interactive versions here that also show by £amount and through the days needed until finally funding, with some explanatory notes at the bottom.
It is very interesting that one of the slowest to fund, SPV 54, is now one of those selling at the highest premium on the secondary market.
