Would it be an idea to limit sales to a certain % per user? For someone with a full-time job as myself it is hard to invest when properties fill up as fast as they currently do and are usually completed by the evening.

The last few ones have gone pretty quick but have all been small, usually when its £70,000 or above they take a few days to go. I have missed about the last 3 myself to although got a chunck of this one.
