propertymoose Has anyone received rent at the end of September for SPV27, I didn't get any but can't see any reason why not. I contacted PM by email on Friday afternoon but haven't had a reply yet. I notice on the accounts page for SPV27 it shows 2 lots of rent collected from the tenants in August but none in September, this also seems a bit odd. Paul

I got nothing either it although do have a nice shiney new boiler in 34. So not all bad

Got an answer back from PM this morning, quote: " I can now confirm that rent for SPV 27 has been paid! There was unfortunately a glitch on the system on Friday that meant this rent wasn't paid out but I can confirm that this property remains tenanted without little problem and rent was received as normal last month. " So all is well  |
