Not sure about others but the last two properties have been fully funded by the time I have even seen them, the one today must have gone with in hours and the one last week within a day or two.
Would it be possible to put some sort of limit to begin with for a day or so to give everyone chance to invest that wants to.

I think this is actually the smallest deal PM have ever had so it's hardly surprising it went quickly. Still managed to get 101 investors tho so quite a few people did see it in time.
PS a little bird tells me there's quite a pipeline building thanks to PMF A so there should be plenty more opportunities very soon.

Must be a lot of people looking during day then to get that amount of investors, I got email about 2 hours before I checked site and it had already gone.

Suppose its good news for PM that they can start to shift them so quick, another one I missed ah well have to wait for next one I guess.
