How come when ML trading is suspended (C****** K******* Ltd for instance) there is still a (seemingly functional) 'sell' button on my dashboard? Some other loans have the button missing (and of course a lot more loans are not even on the 'my loans' part of the dashboard, having been swept away into the losses bucket.) It all seems rather arbitrary!

I've been asking the same question for a long time now.
I have demonstrated the fault a number of times by buying when the website says "trading suspended".
Across a number of troublesome loans, "trading suspended" is a lie.

kevinkelly If memory serves me well you have been caught out by this systems glitch publicly [on Forum] requesting that your loan part purchase on one 'frozen' loan were reversed, am I right and were these reversed for you? Your memory appears to be fully functional, and yes I have had transactions reversed...

I've been with ReBS a long time Kevin, and yes glitches occur, they do on other Portals too. Glad they were able to sort things out for you, they've done the same for me as well, quickly without fuss.

The message "trading suspended" is still being applied to errant loans, but the claim is false. Just this week I traded a "suspended" ML part, posted that I had done it, again, and got no reply from ReBS.

Hello kevinkelly, when you write "posted" do you mean you've posted to the loan forum thread or have posted a emailed message through to our support team specifically addressed to the 'Developers'? a guy called Adam heads up this part of ReBS. Hope this helps you to help the rest of us, If you can get a Support route dialogue going with Adam perhaps you guys can get it sorted?  A little hint, don't let 'em close out the Support Ticket until you and Adam are happy this irritating glitch is sorted... Best to you Kevin.
