Great news. My rental income has just been sitting dormant in my account. Nice to able to reinvest without having to accrue £500.

Quite surprised, and pleased, by the the announcement that the minimum investment will now be £10, makes re-investing income easy and will allow bigger portfolios Makes re-investing easier but may take longer to fill up, has not been to much movement over the weekend on them amount of investors have gone up but the amount invested has not much, so might take longer to fill

Mods, might be worth amalgamating some of the comments from the spv thread on this one?

If others will now do this, surely loans will fill quicker?

Having just signed up with PM, I welcome this change. Having invested a small amount of money in Property Partner (mainly due to their £50 lower limit), I now struggle to get anything with them. Having a minimum prefund limit of £250, (a figure slightly higher than I wish to invest in certain properties), and their obsession with mortgaged properties and low rental yields, I decided to give PM a bit of my spare cash.

I like both although have more invested in PM as think they are probably slightly better, PP seems to head towards increase in value rather then rental yields

Russian, Chinese and Middle Eastern money is drying up for different reasons.

Does it normally take this long to fill, (coming from someone who is used to seeing PP properties fill within seconds). Or has everyone gone over to PP instead

I'm starting to have doubts as to whether these 2 projects will ever fill now PM always have the option of pulling one. A lot of the money in that one might switch into the other one.

Or has everyone gone over to PP instead PM has never been as quick as PP a few have taken a few weeks before. I think although they are similar they both cater for different people, PM seems to be mroe for people that want rental yield whilst PP properties are much more around capital growth. If they are still there next month they will probably get pulled, also unlike PP they do not buy the property until they have raised the money so the property could sell to someone one

That is the one good thing about it however if they are going to take longer to fill up how long will they be able to offer that for
