MT308 & MT275? They've only got a week or so left haven't they? Not a particularly good buy right now... They've got 5 & 6 weeks to run, but they're from the supercar dealer so I expect they will probably roll over.

Thinking of registering on Moneything. Just browsing the site and came across a limited number of loans on, what I assume is, the SM. At the top of the page it states:
Available funding: £1,208,457.00
Is this the amount available across all current loans on the SM or something completely different?

Not sure where you're seeing that but it probably includes the pending loans

I'm not sure what that figure refers to but the page you want to be on is this one; www.moneything.com/p2p/Loan.htmlyou'll see the loans highlighted in yellow which are available either because they are not yet fully funded or have been listed for resale. Currently about £57K. To buy into any of them simply click on the 'available' tab and enter the amount which you wish to buy. Simple! But you won't be able to buy any loans until you have funds in your account (unlike SS)

Total funded: £9,253,464.72
Total interest: £632,267.30
Registered investors: 1053
Then there are five loans "open":
- AE366
- AE365
- BPF310
- MT350
- MT308
Clicking on any of them sends me to a page to login...

I think itt includes the pending loans so could probably do with updating as some of them are 2 weeks away, and with the portfolios a lot would be rolled over so not very accurate anyway

That said, there is around 60k actually on offer on the SM right now. I suspect it will be quite a bit higher in 24hrs with the 750k new loan being offered out.

As said above, 57k available for investment over 11 existing loans now, tomorrow at 4pm a new 750k loan will be added, you can see these when you are registered. (loans tab and pending tab)
You will need to transfer a deposit in before you can invest, MT have a way of fast tracking these transfers - not sure about Sunday evenings but mostly in credit in less than 2hrs after making a transfer. (click on the deposit tab to alert MT).

I haven't invested with Moneything yet but I have a question. If I invest in a 6 month loan and the borrower extends for any reason, does my investment automatically roll over or will I be asked if I wish to re-invest?

You have the option to reinvest or be repaid, as you like. Mostly people have been opting to reinvest to date.

Sorry one more thing. I can't see any reference as to when interest is paid, is it paid as soon as you invest or after the loan is drawn down?
