5x loans with parts on offer All art though. What's art to one person may be meaningless scribbles to another. There was actually a portfolio as the fifth when I originally posted the above, but that one went fast.

The supercars have always been slower to fill than other MT loans (niche asset class, all the same borrower, full-ish LTV). Bring on some of the other pipeline loans and they'll fill quickly.

Was there a commitment by MT to buy ALL loans back if not sold within a time period (in order that they can be traded) or is that only applicable to certain loans?

I think that was to boost confidence in the Annex loan at the start of the year, saying they would remove anything unsold by 15th Jan (iirc) so as to allow trading by investors. It worked and sold out quite quick after that, negating the promise. Can't remember any other mention of it but I only had half an eye on the first couple months of MT getting going last year so might have missed something early on?

The commitment was from Broadoak, as I recall, so presumably relates only to their loans. MT already own the unsold stock of the directly-sourced loans so can hardly buy them back!

MT already own the unsold stock of the directly-sourced loans so can hardly buy them back! OK so buy back was an incorrect term to use. The point I was getting at was that for the previous loan (as mentioned by pepperpot ), this freed up liquidity as at point x in time, it was known to be tradable. I would like to invest a bit more in the car loans but won't without knowing I can sell them on if need be. Large remaining % is keeping me away for the time being. I just thought at the time it was said they would carry this through to all future loans but as mentioned, this may only be applicable to Broadoak loans. No worries, I'll just sit tight and wait for the % to drop in the next few days.
