Last comment from Flatulent Camel was " The Guarantors are aware that legal proceedings will be commenced if a credible proposal is not received by this date" (6th. November)
I have asked FC on their Forum whether the credible proposal has been received or the legal proceedings have been commenced.
As I have every confidence in not receiving a meaningful reply can I ask if anyone has any info on this loan

Agreed that the inhabitants of the Fairy Castle are not keen to give individual and speedy blow by blow accounts of progress to lenders - but if it gives any consolation, in the one case where they threatened one of my borrower/guarantors with court action for recovery, they stuck with it and just before the hearing they received a 100% recovery.

I agree with blender, while Frustratingly Cwiet don't say much, they are working on the recoveries. Most of my long-standing defaults are in some sort of payment plan or have resulted in guarantors being made bankrupt.
I feel sorry for 4683 et al, they were one of the first companies I lent to (loan 217) and they had 6 loans of which 3 were repaid and one (annoyingly) had only 1 payment left. FC are likely treating this one a bit sympathetically rather than charging in like a bull in a shop full of brightly coloured mugs.
