I like the photo of the daily group brainstorm where they decide how much cashback to throw at the property loans to get them filled!

'Disruptive and impactful financial technology', huh? Performant too, of course. Pity that most of the impact and disruption is taken by we lenders. 8>.

Pretty sure I said this months ago! Edit: 63 loans, 5 are property, 4 filled at MBR... this whole loans thing ruins it for the everyman and pretty much flies in the face of the initial concept of the platform.... Incidentally whenever I see no loans ending In the AM followed by about 7 ending between 2.30 and 2.40 pm I get an image in my head of everyone at FC playing ping pong all morning before getting back from lunch, going "oh , yeah, work" releasing a few loans, cracking open a beer to celebrate then going home. Anyone know any different? I bloody love being right!

So far I only see evidence of the San Francisco office staff doing ping-pong...
I got the impression that FCUK and FCUSA shared only the customer-facing web servers (due to the decision to operate both on fundingcircle.com) but were otherwise independent organisational units (and indeed, the back-end web servers seem to be taken down for maintenance independently of each other).
Is this board INTENDED to cover both, or do we need a separate board for discussion of Funding Circle USA ?
It'll be interesting to see whether a ping pong table in the USA office improves or distracts from the core activity over there... !

I once worked in an office with a Table tennis table, and I can confirm that it's difficult to balance the the requirements of making complex decisions against keeping an eye on when the table might be about to become vacant. There was an unwritten rule in the said company that you shouldn't really play before 11am though, so there were at least 2 hours where proper work could be done.

Anyone seen the pictures and the reviews of working for FC on glassdoor.com? Please make my weekend with a few witty remarks.

I visited funding circle a year or so ago and I did notice at least one ping-pong table. They did seem to have quite a relaxed office environment, but so did the other companies I visited.
