Lenders should have received an email today detailing a change of name and new website, contact details etc. The old login will stop working on 8 February, so lenders should update their bookmarks etc now. In case anyone has not received the email, it is reproduced below: "Dear Lender
As part of the process to run off the P2P platform operated by Business Loan Network (BLN) notified on 9 December 2019 we would like to make you aware of some changes to the platform including how you access your account.
From today the P2P platform and all lender services and communications will be conducted entirely under the BLN brand. There is no change in ownership structure and operationally, there are no changes to the underlying functionality of the P2P platform. As such, you will notice the following changes taking effect from today:
P2P Platform changes (following update on 31 January 2020):
- Change of the platform URL address on Sunday 31January from app.thincats.com to app.businessloannetwork.co.uk - Cosmetic amends to platform branding – logos, headings and documents - Key functionality has not changed
Communication changes:
- All updates and communications will be addressed from a BLN domain forthwith - Email headers and disclaimers will change to BLN
Key contact details going forward:
- All account/loan related enquiries: admin@businessloannetwork.co.uk
Account access change:
A new website has been set up to provide ongoing login access along with updated documentation and useful information. This can be found at www.businessloannetwork.co.uk
You will be able to login to your account with your existing details via the link on www.thincats.com until the 8th of February, after which you will need to use www.businessloannetwork.co.uk
Please note that all existing systems and controls remain in place to ensure investors’ interest and capital is collected when due or otherwise actively recovered. Investors can continue to withdraw any cash balances to their nominated bank account following the usual lender withdrawal request process and loan repayments collected on your behalf will continue in the normal way.
We are committed to treating all customers fairly during the run-off process. If you have any questions regarding the changes outlined above or other aspects of the run-off process, please email admin@businessloannetwork.co.uk
Yours sincerely
Jill Sandford Director"

Hello Pikestaff and all,
As far as I can tell, TC have already effectively shut down the old website, and have a much reduced website in which they have removed all details of loans, live or past, so that no-one can get the information as reference in legal matters. They appear to be removing any link between Thincats and BLN and attempting to hide these connections.
I presume this is also to avoid paying compensation or returning funds to lenders following Financial Ombudsman assessments.
Does anyone here have any comments? Pikestaff?

See my reply to your identical post on the private board. I've had a response to the effect that it should be working, but as of now I can't even get in (which I've told them). Hopefully they are working on it.

If you can log in you are lucky.
Early yesterday afternoon I could log in to the home page but the dashboard and most other underlying functions were empty. I reported the problem to admin@businessloannetwork.co.uk, telling them that the problem has been reported by another user on the independent forum. They replied:
"Please can you clear cookie and cache setting from your browser and access the site from the main site without the use of bookmarks.
We have not received any further notification of this error and have tested the platform at 15:00 using Chrome on Windows 10."
Unfortunately I did not see the reply until the evening. When I tried again, following the instructions, I could not even log in, regardless of which "main site" I tried to use. (Unsure whether they meant thincats.com or businessloannetwork.co.uk.) I noted that other users were by then having the same problem and have reported all to admin.
May I encourage other users with problems also to report this to admin@businessloannetwork.co.uk.

According to BLN admin it should be working. They restarted the server at 9:20 this morning.
I can log in to the home page but I'm having same problem as yesterday afternoon: my dashboard and reports are empty - see screenshots below.

I'm unsure if this problem applies to all users or just some. Can ANYBODY see their data?
I'm also posting this in the login thread on the private forum.

I can see my dashboard fine, resplendent in the £3.98 that has just been repaid against a £1000 loan holding.

Thanks.
BLN/TC admin asked me to try another device.
It turns out that, while I can't see my data from my PC with my usual browsers (Chrome, Firefox) even after what I believe to be a thorough cleanup, I CAN see it from my Android phone and from a Windows tablet. I can also see it from my PC if I log in with Opera, which AFAIK I have not previously used for BLN/TC.
So, for anyone else having the same problem, I can only suggest try a different browser (new to BLN/TC) or a different device.
If I find a fix I will let people know. (Also posted in the login thread on the private forum.)

Just tried logging on to 2 of my accounts on an iMac & an iPad and had zero issues with both with everything as expected/normal all expected data is OK. Last night though I was unable to log on which i 'presumed' was because they were correcting what ever was being updated over the w/e, but normal service now.

Using Chrome on PC, my dashboard is populated and looks right. Reporting is slow as usual but looks OK.

I ran an all time nominal ledger report and downloaded it in .xls And it worked. My advice go there now while the going is good

...If I find a fix I will let people know... I have now got it fully working. In case others find merely clearing caches etc is not enough, this is what I did: Chrome - uninstall, reinstall with sync turned off, and without signing in to Chrome. Log in to the app then worked correctly. After logging out of the app, I signed into Chrome and turned sync back on. On trying again it was all good. It's possible much of this was unnecessary. It might have been sufficient to log in and out of the app while signed out of Chrome, then sign back in. Firefox - uninstall, manually delete remove user data and settings (which the uninstaller does not do), reinstall. Again, it's possible that only the 2nd step was necessary. Deleting user data and settings is pretty extreme and you will lose your bookmarks etc unless you back them up. Another thing that might have worked (rather similar to the approach for Chrome) is move the data folder so that Firefox "forgets" it, then log in and out of the app, then put it back.
