Does sound like new lending, can you monitor for borrower offers? RYI from what we can tell doesnt show any borrower offers, all that happens is the lender fund vanish over a period 1 year market just now:

But yes, difficult for us to know if the current 1 Year lending extends to 'true' new loans also...

Maybe it was restructured or something

- that's better - not disappointing!
Also I had a large 4 figure unexpected repayment last week - guess somebody paid down their loan early/.
Justified or not I am still hopeful that I will scrape a 100% capital recovery albeit I may have to wait a couple of years...

- that's better - not disappointing! Dont jump the gun, over the last 4 weeks when the Monday delivered around that sum, the overall weeks total was less than last week where the Mon only produced a 'disappointing' £0.3m

But, even more to the point, I understand adrian77 is waiting for an Access RYI request. Praising a daily figure which could contain zero money for Access, therefore, is a little suspect...

I take your point but I like to be postitive! To me there seems to be an improvement since MB bought them out - I agree time will tell...

I've seen no improvement in the Access queue since MB got involved. Rather the opposite in fact, RS appears to have just given up altogether on A/P/M. They keep banging on about their 'obligations' to borrowers, but what about their obligation to treat all their customers fairly? They are happily delivering RYI's in the 5yr market whilst sticking two fingers up at everyone in the A/P/M queue.

I'm curious what are you trying to establish from your research ? ... If you are trying to just hang on to the 1/5Y to maintain access to the relevant tools that seem to be unavailable to A/P/M lenders then you don't actually have to lend into the 1Y or the 5Y just set a £10 loan at 8% or 10% if you have it and it will not actually be lent just on hold unless rates/money in these accounts reach your high investment levels. Of course if you are not selling out on 1Y/5Y then it's not relevant. I have this approach from before the Metro deals but to be honest now that RS is, in my view, all but dead with the new arrangements with Metro then its probably better to put money elsewhere. who knows what may happen when the PF runs out as it has to at some point I feel.
