oh, didn't find this thread earlier. Apologies to the two people I just PM'd...... P.S. I ALSO NOTICED though that the forum on the official website appears to have no content when you click through. Is that correct: Have they removed, or is there just so little activity for the last x months that no actual threads are showing. But then, its so long since I used I might have mis navigated.

Yet another not very good sign from this outfit. I have to think certain pension funds will discover what we have discovered in due course. The limited info on the site doesn't look very TC orientated, just a load of adverts

That's a fair point. So if somebody else has taken over the site is it TC incompetence, or part of a cunning plan to stifle debate?

Yes the site appears to have been hacked. It happened the same way a couple of years ago. This time after 2 working days of IT attention, nothing has been resolved. A strange website access is all we get from the usual url.

Well, I'm here after finding the VIP one isn't functioning. Maybe it won't reopen if nobody wants to or is able to pay the renewal bill for the domain name. I can imagine the discussion at TC Towers.

We have literally just been told by Thincats Admin in a reply email:
"Our IT team are currently working on resolving the matter. We are unable to confirm a time for resolution."
However, when I spoke to their office last week, when I first discovered the problem, they told me it was nothing to do with TC as its run by a separate company therefore they were unable to assist !?

The forum on the website has been doing that on and off for ages, don't know what fixes it, it just starts working again, might be reset cookies or something. It's working for me now.

I hope more took a note of the contact address, I can't remember if it was something that could be posted here although I think probably not. If something more permanent gets set up maybe it could be shared in some way, like the Lendy and FS action group forums.
