I phoned for an update at 16:30 today and was told I'd be phoned straight back, and at 17:30 no callback.
Loan Updates against this Loan are now completely blank, there is NO information shown at all now, and the last info we had was on 10/7/19 "We therefore served a pre-action protocol letter on the borrowers which is due to expire on mid July 2019 following which we will commence possession proceedings."
I emailed and asked wassup on 30/7/19 and got this interesting Reply: - "From: xxxxxxx@thebridgecrowd.com>

I wouldn't worry. I think in contrast with their sterling loan management qualities, Bridgecrowd are renowned for having a somewhat nonchalant attitude to investor communications. Nonchalant to the point of insouciance in many cases. It's the former that's more important, if you can cope with the frustration of the latter.

I can see six updates.
How many loans do you have with BC? I'm wondering if their intention to hide all loan updates from the view of punters with fewer than three(?) loans has gone a bit askew and those punters have also been blocked from even seeing updates for loans they are in.

Well it's certainly not three. My total varies but I've been around ten and can't see other updates anymore. It might be that I have a second lender on my account (wife) and she currently has no loans. I'll ask them.

Where did you hear about three?
Email from Louis, July 19th: 'Newsletter from the Managing Director' - and I did mis-remember, it was "two or more" to have access to all.

Yes I see it now thanks. I guess you need to ask to opt in. Duly asked ....

I didn't opt-in, they just re-appeared. I too have multiple lenders in my account, but both have several loans, so it'll be interesting to know whether that was the cause of the issue you are experiencing.
(If it does transpire that the lack of loan update visibility is a result of having an account under your profile which has zero loans, it might be worth keeping an eye on whether the same setup impacts the planned preferential-rates-for-existing-lenders 'feature' currently being communicated. Tagging bridgecrowd, although they don't appear to have logged in since 30/04; not that it necessarily means they aren't reading.)

Has the sale completed yet please? (9/9/19 - “ the solicitor acting for the proposed purchaser has confirmed that the purchase is being funded by a sale completing on in mid September.”
Have any further offers been received? (9/9/19 - “The Property remains on the market with an asking price of £190,000 and will do until we exchange contracts. “
Has a Court date been set? (5/8/19 - “We have commenced possession proceedings and await a Court date.”
[ EDIT - Two months to set a Court date?! ]

There are routine monthly updates on problem loans by about the 8/9th of the month, so we should find out what progress has been made soon. They were still waiting for a court date on 9/9/19 too. I doubt BC would post anything involving legal action on here for all the usual reasons.
