Nope, although adverts appear on the site, the revenue from these goes into the pockets of Pro-Boards who host the forum for 'free', and as such are nothing to do with the P2PIF itself. It's possible that Loanpad have paid someone else to place the ad here, google for example, and possible that the reference to the P2PIF just serves as an indicator to Loanpad as to how effective their advertising campaign is on various sites or media, but only Loanpad would really know.
This forum was established with voluntary donations from some generous members, but does not have nor make any money itself, it is run by unpaid volunteers who give up considerable amounts of their time to maintain it for those with an interest in the sector.

I've signed up using the wb519 code. I've made a couple if £1 deposits to check the bank details are OK, but nothing is showing in my Loanpad account. Anyone else have this issue?

Answering my own question, this was because I was sending funds from an account other than my nominated account. I had to change my nominated account to match the account I sent the funds from for them to be credited.

Anubis is known as the god of death and is the oldest and most popular of ancient Egyptian deities.

Yes it's a bummer the new banking rules mean you can't directly transfer funds to someone elses account. you have to send to them and get them to pay it in.

I tried to refer a relative but when he went to register he found that the date of birth is a drop down calendar which will only go back from current date a month at a time. As he is 80 this meant clicking on the back arrow 960 times and he got RSI and gave up. There goes my £50 and a 5% rate boost. Loanpad please fix.

Hi littleoldlady thank you for referring an investor. If they click the year it has its own dropdown. It is the same as elsewhere on the site (eg statement download/transaction history) if you wish to check it.

My £50.00 Welcome Bonus was paid today, pretty much exactly one year on from my initial investment.

My one year £50 bonus paid today. What a great company Loanpad are. paid one year to the minute from when I started. In the cash account as well so able to withdraw if I wanted. If all the others were run like Loanpad. The only platform I am keeping my investments in.

Loanpad's referral bonus scheme has changed. Still £50 + interest boost for referrer, but the bonus for the referred has changed to £50 for £5k investment and £100 for £10k (was £50 for £1k and £150 for £10k). New referral codes have been created and Ts&Cs updated. The old ones are now invalid for new referrals.

If there's one thing I should have, but clearly haven't, learned from p2p is to check for bonuses before I open a new account. In fact I don't think I've ever earned a penny this way.
While I understand that the platform need not draw my attention to the folly of my ways it leaves an unpleasant taste to discover that the account I opened three days ago could have earned £100 (plus the referee's bonus). Entirely my own fault of course.

You're allowed to refer your partner on Loanpad, so perhaps that's a possibility, or any other family member or friend.

Happy to say my £100 welcome bonus was in my account this morning, a nice start to the week.
