Just wanted to check facts as I am in the process of writing a review for you on my site. Thanks. Mark

Maybe it depends on wether they like you or not ? If they do then its 0.1% if they dont 0.5%. Nah only kidding. Maybe something to do with their liquidity level at the time of withdrawal ?

Mark Hi lotus_eater It was recently decided that charging anything above 0.5% was not good so the maximum fee was reduced to 0.5% (website will be updated to reflect that). As a new platform with a very healthy pipeline of loans we anticipate that we will not enable early access from Premium account very frequently over the coming weeks/months. This is aside from specific cases such as investors wanting to move funds from their standard to their ISA account, which we are happy to facilitate. In the medium term we expect it to be generally available with the fee based on supply/demand. We look forward to reading your review and of course thank you for writing one

Hi Loanpad , I've been reading through your FAQs and have noticed that the early access fee is still listed as up to 1% in quite a few places. Also, the value of the early access fee is not mentioned in your Terms.

I think it also needs stating somewhere on a historical basis, the number of days in the preceeding quarter that the early access option was available to be selected. If its only been available for less than 10 days in the last 90, then some of the claims on the website are misleading.
If it can not be be made more widely available than it appears to have been, then it might be better removing it.

I had a free Early Access for the premium in the past due to complimentary offer after a technical error. I still like Loanpad. It's more about easy access. I withdrew money on Tuesday (same day) and make a deposit today.
