Anyone expecting an announcement tomorrow? I'm hoping some more SPV's are paid out.. I've no reason to believe there won't be a Feb update; they have given them monthly so far. I would expect some more SPVs will have paid out, too. I've voted for selling out but none of my SPVs have been redeemed plus neither are any of them listed to be part of redemption batch 2 or pending valuation, so I'm hoping they get round to them soon before all of the money from investors looking to increase their holding dries up. I suspect I'll have a long time to wait as the SPVs I have left are duds that I couldn't shift on the SM before it was closed. It appears to me that the further funds invested have already dried up.. Wouldn't it be better for them to get rid of us who want out? They obviously don't want to have to finance funds to get rid of us from banks, I think we've been patient enough though!

As our hands are tied, as in we can only leave when they let us, I suspect they're in no rush to get rid of us. The Feb update (released earlier today) mentions being in legals on finance so hopefully that actually goes through to cash us out. Though they have been talking about this for months and months so I'm not holding my breath.

Should borrowing say around 500-600k to pay out exiting investor's take so long with a portfolio of all those properties?
Suppose it has always appeared that the mantra by pm is that any money is better in their banks rather than members accounts, even if that just means couple more months

It's early days, but so far losses have been less than I feared. On the other hand maybe they are cherry picking the best cases first.

Yes losses are as stated in the communications this year. No surprises. I had no internet in Jan & Feb and over 1000 emails (mostly spam) got deleted so I may have missed that. How was it communicated to us?

How was it communicated to us? They sent out emails giving values for option 1 vs option 2 for each SPV you heId. You’ve missed a lot, please email PM
