Hi everyone,
This is only my second post here - so apologies for the "newbie" question. I just called Property Moose and no-one was available until later on this afternoon when they said I'd be called back. But maybe someone here can help in the interim.
I've received no valuation email and am wondering where I can view the new valuations. I invested £500.00 in SPV's 26, 29, 30,31,33,41,71 and 73 - total of £4000.00. Seemed a good idea at the time ! Well we live and learn!
Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated ….

mirfield, Check your spam folder, the email for the 1st batch was sent on the 6th Dec, but I got the feeling yours are not done yet and are on the 2nd batch. Most of us are waiting for the 2nd batch valuations.

71 has been done (one of the worst) so I assume email should have been received.

End of year update sent out. Doesn't say much. Can't post it here as footnote says "This email is confidential and intended for the recipient only." I assume that that does not apply to the footnote itself so OK to post that?

I received the update from UK Diversified Property today and see that it refers to options to swap from Property Moose which I should have received by E-mail. I have not received any E-mails from Property Moose - apparently I opted out of receiving E-mails some time ago ( I was fed up of all the junk mails they used to send) but I would have thought these important messages should in any case have been sent...

If they can send you the update by email they should certainly have sent you the option as well. But do you want to change your mind? I have not seen anything which would persuade me to do so whichever way I opted initially. Either you want out or you have trust in PM Mk2 to deliver.

I am one who has changed to Option 1. Only yesterday following the update. I appreciate it's all a bit up in the air - my main reason for Option 2 and a (quite significant) cut was just to get the funds ASAP and then shove into my LISA before April. Having re-read the original email more carefully, I note: Q2 2019 would be by end of June. Having waited that long, I'm hoping some progress would be made with the re-mortgage, market-listing etc etc. Also it appears that those transferring will gain/lose month on month (depending on portfolio performance). Those exiting are stuck with their fixed 4-week valuation price? So come June 2019, the gap between exiting and staying could be even bigger. As others have commented - 4 week valuation is madness when it takes 6 months to exit! I'm continuing the ride for those reasons - only have less than £2k in PM mind, so nothing to write home about compared to most I'm sure! - Also, it appears shares in UKDP have been issued today (I assume today as surely they could only issue once knowing how many were staying/going??) - Going back to PM transfer valuations I now have: Total shares issued in UKDPP xxxx next to each of the Completed properties. Looking forward to rental income finally being received in the coming months!!

I just want my money back now.. Even with the losses.. After just rail roading any whim they've wanted at the expense of the investors, I don't see why now would be any different... They've been sitting on months and months of our rent and then do everything to make you stay with their own version of project fear.. Good luck but I want my cash ASAP

Sadly I agree with propertycalf . One thing I would like to know is how much I have lost on the platform, but it is not easy to calculate.

Would anybody here top up their investment in the new PLC if given the opportunity? Is there an appetite for this new fund?

Is there an appetite for this new fund? at the discounted price being offered I'd be tempted, if I weren't trying to severely limit my taxable income for the next 3 years because of a 70% marginal tax rate at the moment.

Do you think they would sell shares at the reduced price though?

Do you think they would sell shares at the reduced price though? i think there was the opportunity to express interest in buying more shares at the 30-day exit value that was being given to exiting investors.

Yes, the email on 6/12/18 offered the opportunity to "stay updated on buying more shares at the 4-week valuation". I clicked through to do so, but haven't heard anything further yet. I'm at least interested enough to consider it, but obviously would depend on what the actual valuations given end up being.
