 I wish I receive a payment instead of an update about "rental income received which will be distributed to investors in due course" I also wish to get a clear message instead of an update about "What is clear now..... a decreased sales price but reduced capital expenditure required on any conversion so returns should still be pleasing."

i have some money left in my property moose account. When i try to withdraw, they say that validation of my account is pending. Since roughly 18 months now. I wrote to the support like 2 weeks ago but my email was never opened.
Are they dead ? Shall i forget my money and write it off ?

I made my last withdrawal on in Apr 19 before DFI finance changed the office address in June. Have you tried to phone them? propertymoose.co.uk/supportupdate: I spoke to PM on the phone from the callback in October.

Tried the same about a week ago. I've now been sent AML by UKDiv. to complete despite having been a member of PM for years. Is your linked bank account set up ?
