Any thoughts. Has been well tenanted, no major expenses, but I'm becoming less confident of the valuation.

With the removal of secondary market, PM's main focus is Exit Strategy.

I’m voting to sell everything. PM are looking into new avenues I think and I don’t want to hold any properties

I suspect that the downside of underwritten properties such as this is that actually we don't really know how well they've been tenanted. I can't remember what I voted on this one - given it'll continue to pay out until the end, but that is later this year (so isn't going to make a huge difference on timings) and wasn't requiring evictions it was one of mine where I could pretty much have tossed a coin as I could see no real preference.

Yeah I had a batch of very similar ones...I think I voted to sell one mostly based on it's end date but can't remember if it was this one or another (yes I keep kicking myself for not having recorded my votes, but I left it too late to start and hardly really matters...and with 60 PM equity investments....)

Doesn't say how many voted though... Why would they? Anyone that abstains knew their vote would be proxied, and votes had different weights anyway depending on shares held so it would be a meaningless figure

Voting Results for PM SPV 33 Option 1 68.02% Option 2 30.98% Booo! Doesn't say how many voted though... A number of SPVs have less than 100 investors (considering PM has 28k members) in each project due to size of minimum investment of £500. So theoretically, each vote worth more than 1%.

SPV 33 has only 86 investors.

Wow, now all of a sudden the property is vacant and the guarantor has breached their rental contract. And the quarterly update says, "The agent has advised that the property is currently vacant." and "Strategy for the following period May - July 2018 As instructed in the recent vote, we will continue to work with the tenants" Cut and paste much?
