Anyone recieved the email about spv 28 on how to move forwards with it? What are your thoughts?

On the surface a no brainer - it's not tenanted (so no revenue to risk) and hasn't been for a while...so tart it up to improve chances of getting tenanats and boost it's value as an HMO.
Tho I'm not sure where they got to with the insurance claim...

I don't have any stake in SPV 28. So, I have no idea what the insurance claim dispute is about apart from money.
My past experience with insurance claim dispute is terrible. It could take years!
Without a tenant, I certainly hope PM let the stakeholders to vote regarding this claim dispute to maximise investors return. Without knowing the size of this dispute is about, it is unfair to comment. IMHO, it is no point to chase £500 dispute for 3 years without a tenant before innovation and selling it later.
