I fully agree keystone - looks like propertymoose have dropped the ball again (they are good at that; have to be good at something). I am a little bemused that they gave 1 month free on just a 6 month let - I would have hoped it would be on 12 month leases only! It should also be month 12 that is free or better still, offer month 13 free i.e. sign up for another year & get 1 month free. I can't believe a near 20% off offer without up front notice, let alone approval from the SPV. The line in the parroted updates "we can’t do anything affecting the asset without your explicit consent" made me laugh - 1 month free, untold months off the secondary market, etc.

I could only assume the agreement had a minimum 6 months contract and there are many cheaper places to rent around PM SPV60. The cheapest one is 260 PCM for 2 bed in DH17. Also, PM SPV 60 is advertised for £350 PCM on the market.

To me, that makes me question the quality of some of their properties and the due diligence they do prior to buying them.

The only thing I know is PM bought most of these properties with massive discounts below RICS valuation and did some "renovation" work before putting them on the rental market.
