Try clearing your cache & cookies etc - with the new format I do find this needs to be done more often

Logged in ok but not seeing early morning deposit, can anyone confirm if these have processed yet and if TC (manually) reimburse closed bids for live auctions aswell, thanks.

Deposits are processed manually in working hours, the service standard is within 2 hours. If your deposit is still not showing I suggest you ring TC. The office closes at 13:00 today and reopens at 9:00 on the 27th.
I always notify TC of deposits using the "deposit request" button, immediately after making them. In my experience it's rare for processing to take more than 2 hours. If you don't notify TC it might take longer, I don't know.
Unsuccessful bids for live auctions are credited back. This is built into the auction software and should be automatic and immediate.
