Don't forget it is likely a PMF fund that owns the flats not funded - if it funds PM win, if it doesn't fund, PMF investors lose, PM lose nothing! I wish I knew where I couldget no lose bets like that. It will fund, just taken alot longer than pm probably anticipated. Like you said, win win for PM anyway

This is part of the same complex as SPV81 which has just paid January's overdue dividend today. Still waiting for SPV83 to pay its first dividend and become trade-able on the SM. It probably won't - per the email today SM to close in under 2 weeks!

Yes - the meaning I took from the update and info about the HMOs etc is that properties that are currently not on the SM for whatever reason won't be going back on.

At the risk of sounding flippant (with a stake that is significant to me invested, I am certainly not), I don't think that there was any such inference, however we can be fairly confident that PM do not do anything quickly (that is not in their interest), so the chances of them re-appearing can be assumed to be near nil; sad that yet again we are left to assume.

Having reread the communications from PM it may not have been as clear as I thought. However, I've just been on livechat who have confirmed the HMOs won't be returning to the SM before it closes.

Please note that the HMOs have now been re-listed on the secondary market with a required regulatory risk warning regarding the valuations shown. We have also waived the fees on the secondary market for all purchases until it is paused as detailed in the other thread.
Thank you for your understanding.
