Starting to become a worry for me now too. How long can you keep moving the goalposts MT??

The last update said that the valuer's report following his/her second visit on 16th Jan had still not been submitted and that we would be updated 'as soon as we have clarity on when the report will be provided.'
MT, is the lack of a further update an oversight on your part or do you still not have clarity? If that latter, surely this is a worry. The valuer has been working on it for at least 7 weeks now and as long ago as 18th December had given a verbal valuation that was just in the process of being typed up. MT, clearly not an oversight then or you would, by now, have offered an apology and update. One can only imagine that things are going on behind the scenes but have to conclude that it is not going smoothly. I would guess, given that the report has not been confirmed, that the valuation is not as straightforward as the verbal of early/mid December suggested. Was the verbal value provided by a bone fide source, I wonder, or did it come from the borrower?

I'm at a loss really.
I do understand that there are sensitivities etc and that business cannot be conducted in public but complete silence is a message in itself, only we may well misunderstand it and take it to mean something that isn't intended
Come on Sophie, Ed - keep us in the loop. You are being discourteous now.

MT ....have to say a tad disappointed we haven't had something today, considering what is supposed to be in the melting pot

Just appeared: "Bidding on this loan is currently suspended" Explanation probably will follow shortly.
Ditto for MTBA892.

Bidding suspended - such a shame I was hoping the £650k in front of me would be snapped up....
On the bright side, opening date is now 5 weeks away!
Hopefully the update "after Monday" is shortly after Monday. Must say I'm not shocked that all these offers of re-finance have been pulled. Who here would lend money to the project in this state?
Sadly kicking the can down the road til March and hoping the opening does take place and R*** or somebody else steps in to re-finance still remains the best option IMO.

Update now on the website. Finally some appropriately robust action, imo .. better late than never.
