As we know the directors were jailed for fraud . Has anyone any more information as to wether there may be some kind of return of funds or compensation from the FCA in the near future.

Nobody knows, simple as that. There is the upcoming 'proceeds of crime' hearing on 6th May as reported by Mousey Mousey MouseyThere are the frozen funds that I have previously outlined (total amount less the generous allowances given to the Curries). As for cash from BDO well I'm not expecting a great deal more. In the Mousey report you will note that mention was made of Spanish assets, will anything come of this, no idea. The FCAs freezing order was flawed in as much as it applied only to England and Wales and was applied for late. The FCA had all the evidence and yet again made errors. If moneies are recovered from these actions there is currently no process that I know about about covering how these will be proportioned, who will deal with recovered money or how any payments will be made. As for cash from the FCA well that battle goes on, we are entering year 6 and counting. Currently the FCA are conducting a policy of 'radio silence', not even supplying 4 weekly updates to those investors who have lodged official complaints. So to answer your question personally I'm not expecting any payments in the near future and cannot see that happening unless BDO pull a rabbit from a hat regarding the outstanding (few) loans.

Any mileage in taking a Class Action against FCA? The FCA have immunity from such action.

For the hearing on 6th May is it possible for members of the public to attend? The hearing is listed for May 22nd, and yes it will be open to the public. I'll be raising funds to allow a reporter to attend nearer the time.

For those not as close to the details as the lings and I are, the details that will be (or should be) revealed at the hearing will be very interesting. As I have posted the freezing order only covered England and Wales yet it appears that the FCA have gone after some of the assets I identified to them in Spain ........... but have they gone after anything else? (they should have) So many questions still remain unanswered, including where the money went (I have a good idea where .....) So when the fund raising starts I would urge everybody to chip in what they can afford.
