For 2 days now get “error has occured “ when I enter username and password. Using iPad and safari

Same happened for me, but then using the "verify code" option to manually generate a code on the app and enter it into the website worked.

I am getting this problem on both my account and my wife's. Been like it for a while. I finally got through on the chat feature. I was told to go to Assetz Capital home using google, then select peer to peer log in, then log in as normal. I did all that but I still get the error message.
If I put in an incorrect password it says password is incorrect. If I put in my correct password I get the "An error has occurred" message
What is happening to anyone else, can anyone sign in? If so how do you do it?

It happened to me on a cruise. Low speed or variable Wi-Fi was the issue on board. When connected over data or Wi-Fi on land it was ok.
