I sent a couple of payments to my Proplend account on Friday 3rd and Monday 6th and neither are showing in my account as yet. I am new to the platform and wanted to invest in the Southampton loan (but missed out now). Was just wondering how long Proplend take to process transfers generally? Perhaps I have been spoiled by the almost instant transfers for MT, COL etc.  I sent an message yesterday inside the interface but no response as yet... Thanks |

Thanks Good afternoon Monetus One of my colleagues did try to give you a call and left a message yesterday - I believe we also emailed this morning. I'm afraid we can only accept funds received from an account in your (account) name. A return of these payments would have been initiated same day and should be back with you. We'll try calling again this afternoon to discuss specifics or you can give us a call whenever suits. Richard

Thanks My 1st deposit for Swansea land before opening hours was credited before 10am. Its subsequent withdrawal was next working day (ie Friday pm to Monday am).
