Some pretty pics uploaded in latest update. I feel the absence of a pizza slicer in the cutlery range is an oversight in student accomodation. I thought I saw a roller.

(2nd from left) (can't believe I looked....) Yup, pizza wheel 2nd from left, and bottle opener 4th from left. All good Having inspected way too many student rooms in the last 3 years, these are certainly "top end" in specification but most university towns include similar. They're mostly chosen by wealthier overseas students (they're already paying £20-30k pa in tuition fees so £10k pa for a nice room doesn't feel so bad, especially compared to rents in Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.) My only comment would be that the desk is small and needs a wide bookshelf above it. Aside from the window sills, there's nowhere to put books and files (not everything is digital today)

MoneyThing, please could you confirm that PC was effectively achieved and provide an update on the sale process? Is USL still involved as manager? If not, what the plan?

MoneyThing you stated on 20/02 that notice to complete had been issued on the first of the units giving purchasers 14 days to complete. Please can you confirm how many units this relates to, and if they have in fact completed?

For this and Bollington I think MT should set a reserve price that we could crowdfund if not met.
Both these properties are high quality and I would be interested depending on the net rental yield

It's been nearly 2 months. I'm itching for another update. I would like to know whether all the September lets are now complete. A search this morning on the letting agents' website shows nothing available for this development which is a good sign.
