Come on rebs you have this data to hand so it should not take this long to respond to a reasonable data request from an investor. I, too, would like this data. I have still got my sick loans on your platform. Why, if you could supply the data before, can you not give it again? Thanks in anticipation of action.

The request is noted. We intend to provide information regarding the Net Return on the stats page. However we await 'standard definitions' for the P2P lending industry because we currently use different definitions to those adopted by the P2PFA and currently this works to our disadvantage. We understand from the FCA that they will soon publish a consultation paper on this matter. Once the standards have been set for the industry we will adopt them and update the stats page. It is likely that this process will take until the end of the summer.
In the interim, we will consider publishing a loan-book performance update statement by the end of May.

danraj whilst I understand your desire not to publish statistivs that may be detrimental to you when compared to other businesses I find your timeframe to give current investors the data at the end od the summer to be misguided. All investors need is a current book, run as previously, in order to compare to see how your trends look. In the spirit of openness I would have thought this to be in the "good communications" category. You have seen plenty of different people on this forum commenting on your deplorable communications. Is it not time you did something about it?

The raw data is published at the above link for complete transparency.

The loanbook has always been available to download on the stats page. You just need to login first.

Where do I find my FULL loan book please? I can not view ALL my investments in one place. Where are the defaulted loans? When were they defaulted? What figures can I use in my tax returns? Your site is as clear as frozen butter.

Your site is as clear as frozen butter. Tax Statements: Hover over dashboard in the top right, the drop down has the option of Tax Statements Defaulting (i.e. in recovery process) Loans: Click "See breakdown" on the Est. Loss tile. Bad Debts: Click "See breakdown" on the Deductions tile. You can also obtain every single transaction on the Dashboard page, by selecting "All Months" on the dropdown "Month" below the tiles.

It seems like users must utilise the web access rather than the app to get all the access required then?
