Bit annoyed I didn't get an email about this but looks like another tranche has been released.
There's no breakdown of fees yet. Can anybody who knows please update this thread?

I imagine they would be the same as those listed on their how it works page for private equity investments, though in that table the 'upfront fees' can be a range from 5% to 8% and I don't think they've specified the value within the SPV56 spiel...

It doesn't mention what will happen to the income recived from the students currently letting the rooms in the meantime. Would be nice to recive a small amount of rent while we await the leasing/sale of the properties.

Help please. It looks like the plan is to change the student accomodation to temporary accomodation providing a higher index linked guaranteed (government) yield.
What I don't understand is the exit strategy circa Sept 2019.
Are they planning on selling the portfolio for a profit? If they cannot sell the portfolio will we get income from it long term?
Looks like a good investment but not sure of our part.

They had implemented a weekly digest of updates, but probably turned it off for good reason - answers on a postcard.

Anyone in this investment should have received an important update via email. "Please ensure that payments are received by the SPV by 12pm on 28 May 2019." to raise an 20% p.a unsecured loan. Does anyone has info know the borrower, can repay this loan in full with interest in 3 years?

Surely the bank can't just turn up & revalue at a more prudent level, say the LTV is now too high & stamp their feet?
Surey this is similar to those poor folk facing negative equity - I've never heard of them being asked to repay a chunk (~15%) of their mortgage or face foreclosure!
I only have 22 shares - tempted to put in the £50... what are your thoughts?

I am in order to protect my existing investment and at 20% I'd like to invest more, but am actually trying to sell out some investments at the moment as I'm overinvested for my plans
