Payment was eventually made on 27 July. Sold all mine yesterday at +.1%. Someone read the notes and was happy or they were happy and then read the notes.

Put mine up for sale just now at par. Sold within a minute. That's another £19.58 I've got to invest  - I won't lose any sleep over the 5p Frontal Climaxes have charged me. |

Speaking of which, my first default is still rumbling on with the guarantor now claiming the county court proceeding were not properly served on her so are invalid. Loan 2559, downgraded 19/12/2013, many late payments and excuses in 2014, Defaulted 12/02/2015 and chased through English and Scottish courts ever since. I hope the lawyers are on a 'no win-no fee' basis because this is a farce. J
