In the page Investment Performance the monthly rentals are not in date order.

It says " You can see more details by clicking “See Full Calculations for this property” above." but I cant see this button. Should I have gone to SpecSavers?

New property would have been nice to go with new site too.
Maybe even pipeline so properties highlighted by PM and people could choose the next one

Thanks for starting this thread. All the pointers are really helpful. Re. the full calculations - the wording on properties has been taken from the old site which is why it refers to clicking to see the full calculations. You can, of course, see the full calculations in the interactive section at the bottom of each property. Noted on the log out button. Thank you for pointing this out. In terms of the secondary market, one of the main aims of the re-build was to change the way the database stored information about shares so we could start work on the secondary market. Please bear with us and we'll have it for you very soon  The monthly rentals and performance section is still being worked on and we are aware of some bugs that we're fixing this week. |

You can, of course, see the full calculations in the interactive section at the bottom of each property. . Is this only for properties open for funding? I can't see it on any of the properties in my portfolio.

Littleoldlady - you should have the properties listed in your dashboard. If you then click the view button on the right hand side of each property you can view the properties. The calculator will not be showing once the property is funded as the property switches to live data and not projections (i.e. the actual performance of your investment).
OptionsTrader - the yields and performance part is something we are still working on the release as there were some bugs when it linked with the new database. We hope to have this live ASAP.

I'm seeing Dec 15 rental account list entries as being at the top of the list - apart from that, they're most-recent-first, which is what you'd expect.

I'm having problems resetting my password, get the email but when I click on the link it says its a potential security risk - see attached screenshot - Oh dear it won't stop sending me password reset emails, over 12 of them now ![]() 16 now and still getting them Edit: Seems to have stopped at 19 reset emails, they all contain different links but according to my email client they all pose security risks Attachments:

Property descriptions for SPV39 and SPV40 show a Term End date of 01/70. I really don't want to wait 54 years for my money back  |

We're aware of the problems and are looking to do a large push to the server over the weekend or next week (as soon as we can work with our server providers). If you are still having issues, please drop us a line and someone will send you the link which may work. Alternatively, I understand it works on the latest version of Chrome. Apologies for any difficulty but hopefully the new site makes it all worth while Andrew
