Probably because of the worry over the Government's proposals for leasehold properties and whether they will apply to flats (as voiced elsewhere on here). Ha ha , no nothing to do with that, it's mostly me trying to free up 50k to get 3% cashback at another site Did you end up going for the Big 4.0? 😎

Not 100% sure I'm brave enough yet, but keeping an eye on it. Hoping the loan amount is reduced a little. The 3% cashback on 50k is equivalent to 2,500 gross (higher rate tax payer) which is a very big carrot!

Yes, I think there might be a few waiting to pounce if collateral where to make a few "adjustments"

on the 4% CB treasure hunt? I wish. 2% max for me (still pretty tempting on a 6 month loan!)

The weirdest thing happened, for loan (MTAS713) Residential Development in Bollington (1st) there was around £200k last night avaliable on the SM. This morning its halved at £100k but when l looked at the recent transactions there has only been around £1k that's been sold.
Am really confused, is there something l'm missing? or did £100k just disappear from the SM on this loan.

Perhaps a BH was hoping to take advantage of the 4% cashback opportunity on another site but then decided it was likely to have filled before their Bollington stake was sold.

Ok, my mistake. I didn't know that you can cancel the sale. Makes sense now.
