I do hope this gets to return to the SM but it certainly wont be the first E on a discount there have been quite a few including this one very loan which I was foolish to buy on a 0.5% discount, I wonder if someone knew something then !!!!!! I learned something today - never seen one at a discount. Yes, if you bought this loan on or after 1st December someone probably did know. But you were lucky to get the discount because I was selling it very quickly on 4th at par just because it could possibly be the one - the only loan I had which it could be. Did not quite get my tail out. One wonders if it had not been reported to FC whether it would have gone RBR yet.

Amongst the other E's I have seen on discount's include 14376 after a second late payment, 16388 because someone I suspect E----n was offering 150 parts at par and 15041 but that one is always difficult because its the only E that did not close at minimum rate and also 14208 which I suspect was someone's fat finger rather than intentional and by the look of the number of recent E's offered at a zero premium there will be more.

Maybe it should have been a 0.5% mark up. 1st Dec was when the alert was made here. I do not know when it collected its CCJ.

18371 : £100K "E" Just up, in case anyone is interested. Will probably last long enough for people to get bids in.

New E up, but would you trust an E grade law firm?

No bl**dy chance. Look what happened to a certain top tier A risk lawyer's affairs!!! This one will be E for a reason (but Firkin Concealment always decline to explain why).

Wouldn't a 'E' rating imply that the firm in question is NOT aware of the clever tricks to come out of it smelling of roses and looking squeaky clean?

So that would imply they are already somewhat shop soiled? Or it is a double bluff. After all, a high interest rate is only a blocker to those who would pay it. Allegedly. Not wishing to imply any bad things about any solicitor in any way, including these ones, of whom I have absolutely no personal knowledge :x

Just noticed that the very first 'bid' on 18581 a 10k E was for £2k, seems odd to go in that big on an E and also managed to beat all the bots. It means a max of £8k on the sm so a bit of a seller's market even though it is only a '36 monther' me thinks.

Yeah that 2k in that E was me.
I thought Autobid capped how much of a loan it would enter.
I've switched the Autobid off now!
