Hi All, Firstly allow me to introduce myself, My name is Kyle and I am a new Customer liaison for ReBS. I have been brought in to be a direct replacement for Orvi, the job roles remain the same. I'm pleased to report that today I requested a withdrawal at 12:56 pm and received the funds at 2:59 pm. Given recent issues I've had over consistently late withdrawals this was a pleasant surprise. It is refreshing to report a positive experience versus my general moaning of late!
I understand from speaking to Kyle that streamlining of withdrawals is an area of focus to reduce the inconsistency in timing which for me has varied from 5 days to same-day. Apparently there are a couple of layers of internal authorisation for withdrawal payments which is resulting in the variability in processing time. Perhaps if investors could verify their bank accounts it could reduce/eliminate the need for manual authorisation on vanilla withdrawal requests improving both security and speed of withdrawals.

SteveT, accept my apology for the delay in resolving you ticket. In your attempt to reconcile your cash transactions with your asset position it is important to include all variables, however not all of these are available to you. It was difficult for our support team to disprove a false assertion, which has contributed to the delays. In this case, we perceive the 'balance error' to be a misdiagnosis and will work with you and the lending community to design a simple and efficient way to reconcile the cash transactions, with the asset position.
