Just noticed 15846 (Richmond 7) filling rapidly at 7.5% + 2%CB. Normally wouldn't go near 7.5% but it's only 7 months term so I'm wavering ... I've been analysing bids of 15846 (Richmond 7). 56% sold after 20 hours and I don't think Autobid has touched it - presumably because as has been noted here recently, it tries to equalise % taken on outstanding loans and there are others like Nottingham lagging well behind. And one punter has taken £50k!

I think autobid will touch it, but it won't 'pile in madly', unless/until it has maxed out on the other less popular loans (for each individual investor that is). Sort of depends how much repayment / new money is slopping around the system each day.

There's an 18month A+ property loan just returned for more dosh (16444). Only 8%, but with a 2% splashback, people might be interested in today's regime!

Still that 74%-82% LTV, and too much future tense in the Investor Report for my liking around the planning permission. I guess it might flip, but a lot of the usual suspects have already taken pretty big chunks, so it won't go anywhere fast on the SM.

Just sold my last part of Hammersmith 3 (11534) which was a seven-percenter-two-CB. It took seven months to churn. Still, the return was ~11% minus the fee. Not that bad, but not to do it again.

I'm waiting to see if the next tranches of Peterborough 1 (16255), Southampton 1 (16333) or Petersfield Portsmouth 1 (16334) have >1% CB. Petersfield / Portsmouth back with 2% CB!

You're not the only one - judging by the rate at which it's going there's a fair bit of diversity criminality going on. As Ealing just paid back, and there's nothing else on offer, I've joined in.

Wot? No more 2%? Please, sir. I want more cash back on my loans. I felt very much like that earlier in the week, wondering where the proceeds of my par sales and Ealing were going to go. Then I was filling my boots with Tooting, Newquay 9 and Petersfield 2 - all gems in their own way at 2%. I think it's a matter now of being patient and then making hay when the sun shines.

Especially as Petersfield tranche 2 is already on the SM at 1.1% discount.
So if you're still trying to offload tranche 1, forget it.

They may have trouble filling them without 2% CB, but I believe they should eventually offload OK on the SM. Secured A+ at 9% seems relatively attractive in today's market. (especially as many property loans are 8%)

Petersfield is still very good for an A+ at 9%+1% and the 2nd tranche was so popular with flippers that I suspect there is still Autobodge potential on it. My bet would be on Titchmarsh just making it with 1%, but maybe not later tranches (which is why I won't be feeding on this one). It depends how FC control the deal flow as well, I guess.

16579 is a bit of a whopper. At least the LTV is low. Even with a 2% cashback anybody think this will struggle?
