Yep, Frantic Clicking is going to have to get up early to get that over the line, especially with several apparently more lucrative offers on the table. We shall see .. I expect their war chest can support if if required to, but they might prefer to offer a sweeter deal instead.

Would be interested to hear people's opinions on 14727.
8% + 2% CB for an 8 month loan; and looking at the investor report it is due to be completed end of augustl just 2nd fix plumbing, deco and furnishings left to do.
If we pencil it in for a late september finish and 3 month marketing period you're only looking at potentially a 4 months loan.
Am I being ambitious in these timings? Is it too good to be true?

It fits my criteria without reading the bumph - and there is nothing better at the moment. An early repayment would be a bonus.

It's certainly attractive for an FC property loan; even if it runs to conclusion you get an APR of approx 10% after fees.

It's just an unattractive deal. Maybe FCPF will click at it and offer more cash back on the next tranche. Newquay is a problem because I have too much of it already.

14759 looks equally unattractive, but I guess it is the first tranche so Feeling Confident probably think autobidders will kick it into touch. (I wonder if the 65% share of a loan, mentioned in the other place, is per tranche, or per the whole loan? I.e. could autobid eat 100% of tranche 1, based on taking less of tranches 2-N?)
